For the year 2024, Spartner Travel achieved a score of 98/100 on the EGAPRO index. This index, mandatory for companies with more than 50 employees, assesses gender equality in the workplace based on several criteria:
- The gender pay gap
- The distribution gap in individual salary increases
- Salary adjustments after maternity leave
- Gender balance among the 10 highest salaries

As a global reference in CSR assessment, EcoVadis evaluates companies’ performance across four pillars: Environment, Social & Human Rights, Ethics, and Sustainable Procurement.
Spartner Travel was awarded the Silver Medal, with a score of 66/100, placing the company in the top 15% of evaluated businesses.
